General Terms and Conditions of Sale
To confirm a reservation at Dreamcatcher Hotel, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable according to our cancellation policy.
The remaining 50% balance will be charged 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before arrival may qualify for a refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival may result in the deposit or amount already paid being retained.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival, no-shows, or early departures may be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Reservation Changes:
Date changes, room changes, number of guests, or any modification to the reservation are subject to availability and possible rate differences. Changes must be confirmed by our reservations team.
Rates:
Rates may vary depending on season, availability, occupancy, promotions, room type, and booking channel. Only officially confirmed rates are valid.
Guests and Occupancy:
Each room or villa has a maximum occupancy. Extra guests, children, pets, visitors, or special requests must be confirmed in advance and may have an additional cost.
Hotel Policies:
Guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours, pool rules, visitor policies, smoking rules, responsible use of facilities, and the comfort of other guests.
Special Services:
Early check-in, late check-out, upgrades, extra beds, cribs, pets, tours, transportation, breakfast, and other extras are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Refunds and Exceptions:
Any refund, exception, credit, special approval, or adjustment must be reviewed and confirmed by Dreamcatcher Hotel management.
