Dreamcatcher Villa is the hotel's original social heart: a private tropical villa with seven bedrooms, a large pool, two kitchens, gardens and generous spaces for families, friends and retreats.
Clear capacity, no surprises
The core villa accommodates 24 guests in rooms 1–6. It reaches 27 when adjacent room 0 is added; room 0 is just outside the villa core beside the ramp to the second floor. The maximum 29-person setup is available only when the Mini Room is prepared with bunk beds for two. The Mini Room has air conditioning and coffee but no private bathroom; guests use the full bathroom beside reception.
Spaces made for being together
The villa includes seven bedrooms, two kitchens, a large private pool, an unheated private jacuzzi-style area, an outdoor shower, sun deck, gardens, art and generous social spaces. The covered terrace works for slow breakfasts, group dinners, yoga, presentations and conversations at the end of the day.
Santa Teresa and team support
The villa is close to the coast, restaurants and local life, but it is not beachfront. The team can help coordinate breakfast, chef service, transportation, surf, yoga, wellness, tours, decoration and group experiences. These services are optional and subject to availability, conditions, cost and approval.
Good to know before booking
The Mini Room has no private bathroom. The hotel's Fueguzzi is a shared common-area amenity for registered guests; it is not private or inside the villa. Up to six pets are allowed per villa. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. Parties, events, visitors, commercial photography and external providers require advance coordination and approval. Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
