Terms and conditions
To confirm a reservation at Dreamcatcher Hotel, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable according to our cancellation policy.
The remaining 50% balance will be charged 7 days before the guest’s arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before arrival are eligible for a refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival may be charged the deposit or the amount already paid.
- Cancellations made within 2 days before arrival, late cancellations, early departures, or no-shows may be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Date Changes and Modifications:
Any change of dates, room type, number of guests, or reservation details is subject to availability and possible rate differences. Changes are not guaranteed until confirmed by the reservations team.
Rates and Availability:
Prices may vary depending on season, availability, occupancy, promotions, room type, booking channel, and reservation conditions. Only rates confirmed directly by the hotel or through the official booking channel are considered valid.
Occupancy and Guests:
Each room or villa has a maximum allowed occupancy. Additional guests, children, pets, visitors, or special requests must be confirmed in advance and may have an additional cost.
Hotel Rules:
Guests must respect the hotel’s general rules, including quiet hours, responsible use of facilities, care of the property, pool rules, visitor policies, smoking rules, and respectful behavior toward other guests and staff.
Special Requests:
Early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, extra beds, cribs, pets, tours, transportation, breakfast, and other extra services are subject to availability and may have an additional cost.
Refunds and Exceptions:
Any refund, exception, credit, special approval, or economic adjustment must be reviewed and confirmed by Dreamcatcher Hotel’s reservations or management team.
By confirming a reservation, the guest accepts these terms and conditions.
